Just 350 yards from one of the worlds most acclaimed beaches in Laguna Beach, The Ranch at Laguna Beach presents a variety of California beach resort and vacation activities. Take the beach path or complimentary shuttle to Aliso Beach and dine at Lost Pier Café. Spend some time exploring the 30 beaches and coves along the 7 miles of coastline. Surfing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), skimboarding, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, dolphin safaris, tide pool exploration and other invigorating water activities are offered locally.

Young's Beach Shack is a coastal classic, reimagined. Our new beachside café welcomes locals and visitors alike to stop by for a drink and a bite, and enjoy the incredible and culturally rich Salt Creek Beach.

Beach Access

For a golf cart shuttle to Pacific Coast Hwy, dial ‘0’ from your room phone or stop by the Front Desk for guest services.

Aliso Beach and Lost Pier Café are also accessible on foot. Take about an 8 min walk on the Beach Path, turn left when you get to Pacific Coast Hwy. You’ll cross the bridge and make your way down the stairs on your left. There is a pedestrian tunnel on your left that takes you to Aliso Beach. For Lost Pier Café, take a left at the sand walk way toward the lifeguard tower. Look for the blue umbrellas!

Activities

Aliso Beach is family friendly, pet friendly and includes a seaside playground and limited fire pits that are first come first serve, public restrooms and showers.
